HNB Garhwal University Library system was established in the year 1973 as a central facility to fulfill the information requirements of the academic community of the university. The Central Library is also having a ramp facility for differently abled users. The HNBGU Library system has a robust digital facility with state-of-the-art ICT infrastructure. It has a high-end scanning facility that provides rare books, theses, and other documents to be digitized and preserved in machine-readable form.
